Feasibility study
We conduct site analysis and evaluation for our customers, and understand the actual needs of the client’s department heads for the work space, as a base for the basic planning and design of the site.
Space planning

Based on the blueprint of the basic site planning, in the space planning, we consider:

    • Staff space utilization rate
    • Room requirements
    •  Electrical appliances and equipment restrictions
    • Building and building restrictions and considerations
    • Internal and external environmental considerations
    • Staff turnover Passage
    • Fire safety
    • Special requirements of customers
Conceptual design

According to each client’s corporate image, characteristics, their company-specific colors, and their requirements, as the basic concept design of the venue, create a novel design that can highlight its corporate image.
We will use 3D three-dimensional design drawings to show the design effect, so that customers can more clearly and experience various design concepts, so as to make more precise decisions.

Furniture and furnishings
Provide professional advice to customers, introduce reliable suppliers in the market, and choose suitable furniture and furnishings according to customer needs; we also provide custom-made furniture so that customers can make better use of the space.
Project schedule
We clearly set out the key dates and deadlines of the project according to the scheduled project schedule, supervise the progress of each project, and make each project reach the contractual construction date.
Budget and project details
We provide a detailed budget and detail each item to ensure that customers have a clear and complete understanding of the entire budget.
Agreement and project contract
The two parties signed a final agreement engineering contract, clearly setting out the project design, materials, schedule and budget.
Regulatory agencies and insurance

We undertake on behalf of our clients the procedures required by various regulatory agencies for the venue and purchase the required insurance.

Demolition arrangements
We provide customers with a list of professional relocation service companies, allowing customers to choose the right relocation service company to perform any relocation required for the project. In addition, we also provide renovation engineering services for site restoration.
Third Party Management

With our rich experience, we can effectively manage other participants in the project to achieve the completion of the customer’s project.

Maintenance service
After the completion of the project, our after-sales service team will provide comprehensive and perfect after-sales service to achieve the goal of customer satisfaction.
